Accessibility

Whatever suits you best. Your browser remembers it, without a cookie.

Legal

Privacy.

In short: We collect as little as possible. No cookies, no tracking, no Google Analytics, nothing from third-party servers. What data is still processed, and why, is set out here in full detail.

This translation is provided for information only. The German version is legally binding.

This website sets no cookies, uses no tracking and loads nothing from third-party servers.

1. Who is responsible?

MP Media - Consulting & Services
Owner: Mirko Psak
Straßburger Str. 4, 77652 Offenburg
Phone: +49 781 95577355
Email: info@mpmedia-web.de

We are not required to appoint a data protection officer. If you have any questions about data protection, just write to the address above.

2. Where the website is hosted

The website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM - Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, on servers in Germany. All-Inkl processes the data listed below on our behalf and in accordance with our instructions (data processing on behalf of a controller under Art. 28 GDPR).

3. What happens when you visit?

Honestly? Not much. Your browser loads the page, and that's it. In the process, as with any website, the server keeps a log of:

  • which page or file was requested, with date and time
  • whether it worked and how large the response was
  • which page you came from, and which browser and operating system you use
  • your IP address, but shortened: the last two segments are set to 0 (11.22.33.44 becomes 11.22.0.0). This means we cannot identify you.

We need this so that the site runs securely and reliably and so that we can detect errors and attacks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in this (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f GDPR). The logs are deleted automatically after 7 days.

4. Cookies and browser storage

No cookies. Full stop.

Your browser does remember two things, but only if you use them yourself, and only on your device:

  • Accessibility: If you switch on “Pause motion”, “Larger text” or “More contrast”, this choice is kept in your browser's local storage until you switch it off again or clear the storage.
  • Chat with Bärbel: The conversation history, whether you have already dismissed the little hint, and whether the chat stays open after Bärbel takes you to another page are kept in this tab's storage and are gone as soon as you close the tab.

Both are necessary for a function that you explicitly use (§ 25 Abs. 2 Nr. 2 TDDDG). None of it is sent to us or read by us.

5. Tracking, analytics, third-party services?

Nope. No Google Analytics, no Matomo, no Facebook Pixel, nothing. We don't analyse who drops by. And we like it that way.

Everything local. Fonts, icons, scripts, images - everything is on our server. No external CDNs, no embedded videos, no third-party maps.

6. When you write to us or call us

If you contact us via the contact form, by email or by phone, we process what you tell us: for the form, your name, email address, optionally your company and topic, and your message. The form sends this information as an email to our mailbox at All-Inkl and sends you a short confirmation, without your details, to the address you provided; nothing is stored on the website itself. To guard against spam, the form asks a small maths question; our server checks whether the answer is correct using a cryptographically signed value in the form, without a cookie and without any third-party service. So that nobody misuses the form, all we count is how often per day the form is sent from a masked identifier of your IP address; the count is deleted the next day.

We use this only to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, to make you an offer (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b GDPR), and otherwise on the basis of our legitimate interest in replying (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f GDPR). We do not pass anything on. Once the matter is settled, we delete the message, unless commercial or tax law requires us to keep it (for up to 6 or 10 years).

7. Bärbel, our AI assistant

Bärbel is waiting for your questions in the bottom left corner. She is an AI, not a human. When you write to her, our server sends your question and the conversation so far to the AI Model Hub of IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, where the answer is generated in a data centre in Germany. IONOS processes this on our behalf and for this purpose only. We do not store your conversations.

To prevent anyone from misusing Bärbel, we count how many questions are asked per day. For this, we mask your IP address with a random value that changes every day; only this value is stored and never the address itself, and the counter is deleted after one day. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering your questions and protecting the site from misuse (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f GDPR). Please don't send Bärbel any sensitive personal data; the contact form is there for enquiries.

8. Remote support and video call

We run the pages for remote support (fernwartung.mpm.software) and the video call (videocall.mpm.software) ourselves, on our server at Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestraße 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, in a data centre in Nuremberg. Hetzner processes the data there on our behalf (Art. 28 GDPR). This website sends nothing there: only when you use one of the buttons does your browser connect to this server. Your browser converts the video call code into the address itself.

Video call: Video, audio and chat run encrypted via our server and are neither recorded nor stored. For the call, we process the name you enter and technical connection data such as your IP address. A technically necessary cookie remembers that you are in the waiting room (§ 25 Abs. 2 Nr. 2 TDDDG, for no more than 30 days). We delete guest data two hours after the call. If we invite you to an appointment, we store your name and email address, send the invitation, changes and reminders via our mailbox at All-Inkl, and delete the appointment 30 days after it ends. We keep your name and email address in our contacts for further invitations until you tell us to delete them.

Remote support: You download the program from fernwartung.mpm.software. When you start it, it shows an ID and registers with an intermediary service of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA, through which the encrypted connection between your computer and us also runs. In doing so, Cloudflare processes your IP address, the ID and technical connection data on our behalf (Art. 28 GDPR). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; the transfer to the USA is based on the EU Commission's adequacy decision (Art. 45 GDPR). We only see your screen once you accept the connection, you can end it at any time, and we do not record remote support sessions.

We use both for our work with you (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b GDPR). As with any website, our server keeps a log of the IP address, date and time, page requested and browser, so that everything runs securely and reliably (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f GDPR); the log is deleted after 14 days.

For some projects, we link to our clients' websites. Only when you click on such a link do you leave our site; the privacy policy of the respective provider applies there.

10. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Access - which data we hold about you (Art. 15 GDPR). Spoiler: probably none
  • Rectification of incorrect data (Art. 16 GDPR)
  • Erasure (Art. 17 GDPR) and restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
  • Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
  • Object to processing based on our legitimate interest (Art. 21 GDPR). We will then stop, unless there are compelling grounds.
  • Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, for example ours in Baden-Württemberg: the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (Der Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit), Lautenschlagerstraße 20, 70173 Stuttgart.

An email to info@mpmedia-web.de is all it takes.

11. Anything else?

The connection to this site is encrypted (HTTPS). We do not make any automated decisions about you and do not create profiles. You don't have to give us any data; it's just that without contact details, we can't reply to you.
