The challenge
A city has a brand, and thousands of people use it: in the administration, in the city's subsidiaries and at partners such as agencies. Posters, business cards, logos, texts and the brand manual should all be in one place for everyone, easy to use and always in the right design.
Our solution
The Brand Portal is the central platform of the city brand. Staff of the city and its subsidiaries design posters from A4 to A1 as print-ready PDFs in CMYK, create business cards and logos in all colour variants and access fonts, colours, illustrations, icons and the media gallery. Agencies and other partners get their own access to the brand manual. A finely graded permissions system ensures that everyone only sees what is meant for them. The AI writes and translates copy in the brand's tone of voice and tags images, GDPR-compliant. And for any questions, there is a HelpDesk that everyone can turn to.
